What: Latin American and Caribbean Diaspora, the fourth seminar on Migration and Development. The seminar examined the experience of CUSO-VSO in developing a model to work with diasporas as key stakeholders in international development work. The presentation highlighted the results of a diaspora feasability study on El Salvador and Jamaica.
