Who: Jeff Rubin, former chief economist CIBC World Markets, author of Why Your World is About to Get Smaller and winner of the Canadian Business Book of the Year in 2009 and listed for the Financial Times/Goldman Sachs Book of the Year 2010, and Ramón Padilla-Pérez, Economic Development Unit, ECLAC Mexico, will discuss a new study examining the impact of oil prices on competitiveness of goods from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, versus goods from Asia, in the U.S. market.
